Softness and body, powerful tannins. All the qualities of a great Bordeaux to go with read meat, poultry and games. "Rosée de Saignée" the best rosés are got by this wine-making process. Serve chilled. Ideal with starters and white meat. Exclusively Sauvignon. Dry and fruity to perfection. Especially meant for shellfish and seafoods.
